The Lightning Process™ is a training program. Our experience is that if people apply the lessons of the Lightning Process™ to their lives they can start to change old patterns of thinking which in turn influence their health and happiness.
With any training program the trainer can only take responsibility for training and coaching to the best of their ability, and then the student must apply the lessons for himself or herself. If the student doesn't apply the training, then they will naturally see very little benefit.

If you feel doubtful, cynical or just want to give it a go to see what happens, then now is probably not the right time for you wait until you feel that way, ask others who've done the process, see what else is available or you will probably be wasting your time and money.

We recommend that you think long and hard before taking this training, does it sound like something that appeals to you, and makes sense to you, something you can commit yourself to?

Fees

The fees for the course are typically the cost of a holiday. Take a 'life changing Holiday' with us. The fees can include a course CD to take away with you, telephone coaching and feedback every 3 months for the first year.

If you wish to proceed with the training, we will then discuss your case with you, your suitability for the process, confirm fees and book your place.

Bournemouth is accessible from any part of Great Britain and most of Europe. There is continuous motorway or dual carriageway from London and along the South Coast and the A34 provides good access from the Midlands.

We have a good rail service and coach and bus service with South West Trains, Virgin Trains and National Express Coaches. Bournemouth Airport services routes from Glasgow and Belfast and a multitude of routes from international destinations with Ryanair, Thomsonfly and Easyjet. Southampton Airport also has many domestic flight routes and a direct rail link from the airport to Bournemouth.
