The approaches I can use to help you resolve your issues... For example NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Life Coaching, Phil Parker's Lightning Process, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Hypnotherapy. What is NLP? (Neuro Linguistic Programming) NLP is often described as the ‘study of human excellence’ – Through NLP we can understand the world from the perspective of others and gain insights into our own behaviours. Through the use of NLP techniques we can identify the underlying causes of issues we might have and modify them through the application of ‘interventions’. NLP was developed over 30 years ago and is based on the examination and analysis of the behaviour and thinking styles of successful people in a wide range of fields such as business, education, sales, therapy, sport and personal development. By applying the models and interventions of NLP we can facilitate the development of more effective and efficient lifestyles and communication by engaging your conscious and unconscious mind. “NLP allows you to run your life more effectively”
The application of NLP is very effective in may contexts such as therapy and coaching (Life, Business & Performance) and particularly when you want to improve your effectiveness in areas such as relationships, communication, goal-setting (and achievement), management of change, public speaking and building and maintaining confidence.
What is Life Coaching? Life Coaching is an established and proven way to allow you to identify the life you really want and the changes you need to make to get it. Life Coaching can help you achieve the things that you always wanted but could never work out what was holding you back. Essentially Life Coaching will move you forward towards a more satisfying life personally and professionally. Perhaps the most common (overused even) phrase used to describe Life Coaching is "it can get you from where you are now to where you want to be". This is undoubtedly true, but it is only half the story, equally as important and often overlooked is what you learn and discover about yourself along the way. For Life Coaching to work you must have an open mind and a willingness to be challenged and a commitment to personal change. Because of this Life Coaching is not right for everyone and I will tell you immediately if I feel it is not right (or the right time) for you.
What is Phil Parker's Lightning Process?
Using the LP’s technique of combining particular body movements and postures with a set of precisely targeted questions many people have got their health back into balance, quickly and successfully changing the symptoms of real illnesses that had troubled them for years.
What is EFT? (Emotional Freedom Techniques) EFT is based on a new discovery that has provided thousands with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues. Simply stated, it is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren't necessary. Instead, you stimulate well-established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips. The process is easy to memorise and is portable so you can do it anywhere. Hypnotherapy employs the induction of perfectly safe and natural hypnotic states or ‘trance’. A trance is simply a highly focused state of awareness. Whilst in a trance, we can access the unconscious mind and influence such areas as personal development, problem resolution and self-healing. We all experience trances as a matter of course, nearly every day. Have you ever been so involved in reading a book or watching a movie that you lose all track of time? Have you ever arrived safely at your destination and been unable to remember part of the journey? Have you ever become lost in thought while staring at a log fire or while in a peaceful natural environment? These are all examples of trance.

Whilst in trance, our conscious mind (which makes decisions, reacts to new situations and holds short term memory) disengages, allowing us to communicate directly with the unconscious mind (which controls our habitual actions, long term memories, emotions, imagination and our central nervous system). This allows us to address any changes that we might want to bring to our behaviours.
